How We Respond to DMCA Notices
ManGoFile is an uploader that reads and complies with take down notices, specifically looking for files that are submitted to FReaKRaChuiTBoi.
If we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will respond expeditiously by removing or disabling access to the infringing material. Where we act in response to a DMCA complaint, we will do so by contact the user who posted the content complained of.
Counter-Notice Process
You may file a counter-notification if you object to the removal of your content. To apply, please send:
Your name, address and contact number.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
A statement that you swear, under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
Your electronic or physical signature.
We will consider your counter-notice, and if the content is not found to violate copyrights, we may reinstate it.
